Customers can cancel their book order and receive a full refund including shipping and handling costs up to 24hrs after the order has been placed.

After 24hrs, customers can return their order within 14 days of receipt but must first email strewthpossum@gmail.com providing notification of the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage and will receive a full refund minus $8 in initial shipping and handling costs.

The books must be returned in an unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
